Who makes Kirkland Signature BBQ Hardwood Pellets (Premium Blend, 40 lb)?

A Wayback CDX sweep of the Kirkland Signature hardwood-pellet product pages (item 100980516 and the earlier 1610159) found no archived snapshot to read a per-item mfName field, and Costco's live listing names no manufacturer. The mfName route that identifies makers for some Kirkland SKUs could not be exercised for this product. Note: Costco separately stocks Bear Mountain-BRANDED pellets (items 100779193, 100779190) on the same shelf - a distinct branded product, not the Kirkland line.

The Kirkland Signature hardwood-pellet bag carries no 'Manufactured by' or 'Distributed by' maker line. Reviewers who photographed the bag quote no producer name; the reviewer at shoppingwithdave.com notes only that readers make 'strong arguments based on the thin plastic bag and length of pellets that they are made by Bear Mountain' - i.e., inference from bag style and pellet dimensions, not a label disclosure. There is no on-label co-brand (unlike Kirkland aluminum foil or red cups).
