What’s in a record
- product, category, and the canonical page slug
- attribution: manufacturer, status (confirmed / probable / rumored / unknown), evidence tier, and either the graded sources or, for unknowns, the documented checked list of databases searched
- history of prior manufacturers with dates and sources — the change-log record
- last_verified, so you can judge freshness for yourself
- the common-claim debunk, FAQ text, and the name-brand equivalent
