About Who Really Makes

Costco doesn’t publish who manufactures Kirkland Signature products, and many of the answers online are guesses, out of date, or copied from each other. This site answers from documented evidence, and grades each answer by how strong that evidence is.

What the site is

Each product gets one page that answers one question: who makes it? The answer is only as firm as its evidence. It ranges from a plain statement with a cited source down to “unknown,” with a list of the searches we ran. The methodology page explains the four statuses and the wording each one allows.

Keeping records current

Suppliers change. Costco moved its diaper manufacturer in January 2025, and many sites still name the old one. Each product page shows when we last checked it and any earlier makers. Changes go into the change log, which you can also follow by RSS.
